These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NativeKit Studio ("we", "us", "NativeKit"), including our website, products, and services. By using our site or purchasing a template, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use NativeKit Studio. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nativekitstudio.com of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
When you purchase a template, you receive a non-transferable license under one of two tiers. A Regular License covers use in one end product (one application) for a single client or yourself and cannot be resold or redistributed. An Extended License covers use in multiple end products for multiple clients and cannot be resold as-is or as a competing template. Full license terms are detailed on our License page. The license is granted upon payment confirmation.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
All templates, source code, designs, and site content are owned by NativeKit Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the code in your own products; it does not transfer ownership.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates as-is, use them to build a competing template marketplace, or remove copyright notices from the source. Violation terminates your license.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NativeKit Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
